Why do prices say “from”?
Because cost depends on modules, integrations and scope. After a free discovery call we send a written scope, timeline and fixed price.
Are the US-dollar prices exact?
No. They are approximate conversions of our prices in Mexican pesos, at about 18.7 MXN per dollar. Contracts and invoicing are in US dollars, at the fixed price in your written scope.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no cost and no commitment, to understand your need and tell you how we would solve it.
Do I pay monthly license fees?
No. You pay for the build, not per user per month, and you own the system: source code, data and infrastructure.
Can I see progress during the build?
Yes. We ship in iterations every two weeks, each one reviewed with you on a call, in English or Spanish.
What happens after launch?
Projects include 60 days of post-launch support at no cost. After that you can continue with a maintenance plan that includes updates, backups and technical support.
